How far in advance should I schedule my move?
We recommend booking your move at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons. This ensures we have availability and can properly plan and prepare for your move.
What's included in your moving services?
Our basic moving services include supplying the moving truck and crew, loading/unloading belongings, disassembling/reassembling furniture, and transportation to your new home. We also offer packing/unpacking services as an add-on.
How are charges calculated?
We base our moving quotes primarily on the size of your home and the contents provided in the inventory list from you. The total distance traveled every 1-10km we take into account from dispatch at our warehouse, to your final destination. Any other additional services required will be laid out for you in depth once we send a quote, we provide binding estimates so there are no surprise fees.
Do you have insurance to cover damages?
Yes, we have full comprehensive insurance and public liability coverage included in our pricing. We are completely insured from the moment we leave our warehouse, load your items, transport and unloading.
What items will the movers not transport?
For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials like gasoline, propane, fireworks, or house paint. We also don't move grand pianos, pets, or perishable foods.
